Last Night

Good Morning,
Pieces of Pork Shoulder with fluffy White Rice.
Last night I brought a Pork Shoulder and had a butcher cut it into bite size pieces.......maybe a little bigger than that, lol. When I got home I wasn't sure if I was going to fry it or bake it. I then decided to season it and take it from there...... and in the oven it went. Now what to do for a side...... I went with white rice, being that the Pork was seasoned to perfection I didnt want to have a side that would take away from the flavor of the Pork..... I have to tell you it was delicious!!!! I took 2 pictures of my plate so you can see and decide for yourself.
