A Special Dinner for my Mother. RIP

So today was a hard day for me..... It marks one year since my mother passed away. At first I wasn't going to cook... or do anything, but I found the strength to get up and get out.  I took my children to the Farm, we they had a good time.  They got to pet and feed the animals, it was too cute to see their reaction to the animals taking the food out of their hand, LOL.  While at the farm I decided that I would make a dinner inspired by my MOM. I then Stopped at the supermarket and got all of the things I would need for what she liked..... I fried salmon, yes I said fried,  it's delicious, I also fried some Large Shrimp in a flour mixture created by Mz. Soulfood her self (Me) lol, To go along with that we had Fettuccine Alfredo ( sauce made from scratch of course). I have to say if my mother was here she would have loved it! Take A look for yourself...
